About Us

Blountt Customz started in 2021, during the pandemic. We currently own a party business (Diesel's Party Gang), where we specialize in Mascot appearances and every party we'd do, they'd have shirts, so I thought why not create my own! That was the start, now Blountt Customz is your one stop shop for tons of custom options and we're constantly growing! We put our heart into every design so that it's made especially for you! Whether you're celebrating a birthday, baby shower, or a girls night out, no matter the occasion, we can help! We loveeeee a fun Theme!

Policies

POLICIES
 
All orders must be placed two to three weeks in advance. Same week orders are possible, but the customer must email BlounttCustomz@yahoo.com to inquire and a $50 Rush fee will be added to total.
 
Once an order is placed you will receive a confirmation email confirming that you have inquired on our site and letting you know if the order can be completed or not. If we are not able to complete your order by your desired date, an email will be sent to the email address used to complete the order and more details will be provided on options.
 
If we are unable to complete the order and the order was paid through the site, the customer will be issued a refund immediately.
Once order is placed we will start by working on your design, once the design is ready we will send the design over for approval (We will make 3 minor revisions if needed) any major changes to design could result in additional fees. Once customer approves the design we will move on to printing and finalizing the order, customers will be notified when orders are ready. 
 
Please review all proofs very closely.
 
All orders are final and nonrefundable.

3d All Over Shirts Disclaimer:

There may be some inconsistencies that occur during pressing.

White wrinkles can appear where the garment was not laying perfectly flat. These types of issues are most likely going to happen along seams, around collar, or around the arm pit area.

Shipping and Return Policy

Blountt Customz Shipping Policy:
 
For best results orders must be placed 3 weeks in advance. Payments are due in Full due when order is placed. Please allow 3-10 business days for production, once the order is completed, please allow 1-4 days for shipping. Rush Shipping is also available if needed. Blountt Customz is not responsible for any shipping delays. Rush orders are permissible for an additional fee. Please contact me to kindly advise at blounttcustomz@yahoo.com. Due to the sensitive nature of these products, returns and exchanges are prohibited. Please contact me should any issues arise.

Bulk Orders

Bulk Orders are any orders with 10 items or more. Those orders will be 15% off. Please email me with BULK ORDER in the subject line at Blounttcustomz@yahoo.com and I will be happy to assist with your order. Thank you!
